Blueprint update

  • I want to move away from buying into the Blueprint stack - the way that it’s currently being marketed has really put me off. I’ll look into sourcing the stack myself, rather than buying it directly from Bryan Johnson
  • The duration for this challenge has been extended to 90 days. I think that you would need a minimum of 3 months to really feel the effects of these changes.
